RMIT's student support services

Support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students

The Ngarara Willim Centre is a place for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. The centre offers support, encouragement and guidance with study, living and cultural needs.

Equitable Learning Services

Equitable Learning Services provides support and equal opportunities to ensure all students with a disability, long-term illness or mental health conditions are included in all aspects of FINCH life.

Support services for international students

FINCH supports international students to meet the challenges of moving to a new country with programs and services to help you to settle in and make the most of your time at RMIT.

Health, safety and wellbeing services

Health and wellbeing services and resources, including on-campus health clinics and counsellors, sports and fitness facilities, multi-faith chaplaincy and safety services.

Study and learning support

Expert Academic Skills Advisors and Librarians are available to help with student' studies – from help researching and structuring essays and assignments, to support with maths, science and statistics coursework.

Other support services

Access counselling, information on staying healthy, financial advice, and assistance in finding accommodation. The Student Legal Service is also available to current FINCH students who need legal advice.
