The Behavioral Business and Policy Week is a groundbreaking event that brings together some of the brightest minds in the fields of economics, psychology, and policy analysis. Over the course of four days, this event delves deep into the fascinating world of behavioral science, exploring how human behavior shapes business decisions, policy formulation, and market design. With a stellar lineup of speakers from esteemed Australian institutions and renowned international establishments such as NYU Abu Dhabi and University College London, this week promises to be a journey of intellectual discovery and collaboration like no other.
The first two days of the Behavioral Business and Policy Week kick off with the ANZWEE (Australia-New Zealand Workshop on Experimental Economics) sessions. This intensive workshop aims to unravel the intricate web of behavioral economics. Distinguished scholars and experts will guide attendees through the labyrinthine landscape of human decision-making, revealing how psychological factors influence economic choices. Topics on these days will revolve around risk and uncertainty, shedding light on why individuals and organizations often make seemingly irrational decisions.
