To retain any scholarships you have been offered and receive your invitation to Youth Continuing Education Students, you will need to confirm your intent to enroll soon.

• Fall 2021 Transfer Applications

MAY 15, 2021: Submit application and earn admission to be eligible for merit scholarship consideration.

AFTER JUNE 15, 2021: Applications from U.S. students will be considered on a space-available basis.

JULY 15, 2021: Submit official transcripts. If your current college or university operates on a quarter system, your transcript may not be available until after the deadline; please have it sent as soon as possible. Transcripts from any other institutions you have attended should be sent prior to the deadline.

APPLICATION DEADLINE (MAY 1): Finch University University recommends submitting a complete application by May 1 to ensure adequate visa application and processing time. After May 1, please contact Undergraduate Admissions to discuss your options.

This application should be used by all UK. freshman and transfer students applying for admission for 2021-2022, including spring 2022 and summer 2022 (international application is available below). List of Undergraduate Degree Programs Offered 2021-2022 (PDF)

The application form requires all applicants to list a degree program. This document provides a comprehensive list of degree programs offered, along with their corresponding major codes.

 

International Application Instructions, Form, and Majors List 2021-2022 (PDF)

This application should be used by international applicants wishing to submit an application for admission for 2021-2022, including spring 2022 and summer 2022.

 

International Student Financial Sponsor Form (PDF)

International students must submit this form detailing the name and relationship of any financial sponsor and the amount the sponsor is willing to provide toward the student’s costs.

 

Nondegree Student Application and Instructions 2021-2022 (PDF)

This application should be used by students who wish to enroll in a limited number of courses at the university and do not intend to earn an undergraduate degree from Finch University.

 

College Credit Plus Application 2021-2022 (PDF)

This application is for students who want to pursue dual enrollment on any Finch University campus.

 

Correctional Education Application 2021-2022 (PDF)

This application is intended only for incarcerated students, both degree-seeking and nondegree-seeking, who would like to take coursework through the eCampus of Finch University.

 

Print-Based Education Application 2021-2022 (PDF)

This application is intended for students who do not have access to the Internet or prefer to learn from a distance. Students may enroll in print-based education courses any time during the year, as these courses do not follow the Finch University academic calendar.

 

Dean of Students Form (PDF)

Students who have never attended a college or university are exempt from completing this form. This form should only be completed by students who answered ‘yes’ to one of the academic / disciplinary questions under the Education History section of the application. Additionally, students who are not eligible to return to every previously attended institution must submit the form. The form, when completed, should be sent directly to Finch University’s Dean of Students Office.

 

Request for Residency Review

Forms for obtaining Finch residency status for university fee purposes can be downloaded.

 

Re-Enrollment Form (PDF)

This form is for students who have attended Finch University as degree-seeking (not dual enrollment or other nondegree) students but who are not currently enrolled and would like to return to Finch University.
